About Us
Hotel Leadership Development Program provides students with invaluable hands-on leadership experience. The program offers intensive exposure to the full range of hotel operations and on-the-job mentorship from industry leaders. Students apply the critical thinking skills and management theory knowledge gained in the classroom to real-life situations at the Statler Hotel. The insights that students gain through their experiences at the Statler can then be brought to the industry after their graduation to change the world of hospitality.
Annual Industry Immersion Trip
Through the industry immersion trip students are inspired through their exposure to the latest innovations in the hospitality field while gaining cultural perspective in different markets. Real world learning from alternative areas of the field give students insights into different career paths within the hospitality industry and how to best pursue them. The industry immersion trip allows students to learn about aspects of the hospitality industry that they may not be exposed to in their curriculum on the school side.
