CUAUV is thankful for...

November 23, 2015

...our dedicated new team members; the privilege of exploring the world of robotics; and last but not least, our supporters who have allowed us to continue pushing the boundaries of AUV technology.

As a small token of our appreciation, we have prepared a brief holiday video. The team is very close to our goal with just over $1500 left; please continue to share our crowdfunding page with your friends and family and help CUAUV reach $17k.

Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving!

Second Week Update - New Team Photo

November 17, 2015

Thank you to all of our supporters so far who have helped us reach 87% of our crowdfunding goal. With just two weeks left we'll need your help to reach our goal of $17,000 to develop two AUVs, Thor and Loki, for the upcoming RoboSub competition in July, 2016. Please continue to share our crowdfunding page with your friends and family.

This week our team took a brand new team photo (sporting our new official team apparel) and many of our supporters will be receiving a signed copy as a thank you for your generous donations. Our new team photo features all members across our four subteams!

First Week Update

November 08, 2015

Thank you to everyone who has shared our campaign or given to the project so far. We are truly humbled and grateful for the outpouring of support. We are at 33% of our goal in just one week!

Right now, the team is working hard at Teagle pool testing and tuning the sub's vision system. The sub needs to differentiate shapes: a banana, soda can, lightning bolt, and bijection. Additional goals for tonight's pool test are to calibrate thrusters, more accurately measure buoyancy force, and experiment with automatic PID tuning.

We encourage you to check out our newly redesigned website at http://cuauv.org/, follow our Instagram at instagram.com/cuauv, and keep up to date with news & events on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cornellauv. 22 days left to reach our goal!
