Almost done!

November 29, 2017

Thank you so much again to everyone that has helped us reach and exceed our goal of $7000! We are beyond thankful for all of your incredible generosity.  Our campaign is ending tomorrow, November 30th, and we will be accepting donations until midnight. Please continue sharing our campaign to your friends and family to help us afford our DVL and to send more of our team members to our international championships. Thank you again, and enjoy the holiday season!

Mid-Way Update

November 16, 2017

Just past the halfway point of our crowdfunding campaign, we have reached 95% of our funding goal due to all of your help. We would like to give a big thank-you to our donors for the generous contributions that have gotten us this far! Our team is so excited to purchase our Doppler Velocity Log sensor and continue to make progress on both of our vehicles. However, we still need your help to get us to our goal.

As we continue through the month of November, any funds exceeding our goal will help send team members to our competition in San Diego this summer, an experience many have said to be one of the best during their college careers. Please continue to share our campaign to help make our dreams a reality, and thank you again for your contributions!

Choose a giving level

Your contribution will allow the team to design, build, and fire a custom torpedo for use in competition!

Grabber Arm

This contribution will go towards designing and fabricating the grabber arms of the two vehicles, allowing Castor and Pollux to pick up mission elements during competition.

Electronics Board

Your contribution will go towards printing and populating one of our custom circuit boards!

Thrusters are how our vehicles move around in the water. Your contribution will allow CUAUV to purchase a new brushless thruster, making our vehicles even faster!

Name a part on Castor & Pollux

With your contribution, we would like to name a part on Castor or Pollux after you!

Cameras allow our vehicles to see and analyze their surroundings. Your contribution will enable us to get new cameras, making computer vision faster and more efficient.

New Computer

Computers are the heart of our vehicles. Your contribution will allow us to upgrade our computers, allowing us to more efficiently program our vehicles.
