We Did It, Thank You!

December 10, 2025

We are thrilled to share amazing news: we reached our $15,000 goal!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in our vision made this possible.

Because of you, the Ivy Native Council Conference at Cornell will come to life in a way that truly honors our theme, Plants & Our People: Rooted in Indigenous Community." Your support ensures that we can welcome students, speakers, Haudenosaunee drummers and dancers, and community members to campus for four days of learning, connection, and celebration.

Your contributions will fund:

  • Speaker fees and housing
  • The Haudenosaunee Social
  • Meals for attendees
  • Workshop materials
  • And conference merchandise

The success of this fundraiser is more than financial, it’s a reminder of the strong community standing behind Indigenous students and Indigenous-centered education. You helped us reach this moment, and we are deeply grateful.

We can’t wait to make the Ivy Native Council Conference unforgettable. Thank you for uplifting Indigenous voices, knowledge, and community.

Only a Few Days Left and We’re 75% There!

December 02, 2025

We are excited to share that we’ve reached over $11,000 of our $15,000 fundraising goal. With only 3 days left, this is our most critical moment.

The support we’ve received so far has been incredible. To bring this project fully to life, we need one final surge of support.

Your contributions have already helped us make real progress in our planning, but we cannot stop now. If we don’t reach our goal, we risk losing the momentum and opportunities your generosity has helped create.

We are very close, and your action today can make the difference.

Here’s how you can help right now:

- Make your gift if you haven’t already.

- Share our campaign link with friends, colleagues, and community members.

- Encourage others to support us before time runs out.

Every donation, every share, and every conversation counts in these final days.

Help us cross the finish line and ensure this project becomes a reality:

Thank you for standing with us. Let’s get across the finish line together.

We are over halfway there!

November 19, 2025

We are excited to announce that we blew past 50% of our goal and are in the home stretch! Thanks to your support, we are two-thirds of the way to supporting this conference.

The amount of support we have received these past two weeks doesn’t just highlight the strength of our community; it shows your commitment to bringing Indigenous students and community members together to strengthen our connection to the land and to each other.

When you make a gift to our campaign, you are directly helping us take the next steps in our conference planning. This past week, we sent conference invitations to all Ivy League colleges, as well as local colleges like Colgate University and the University at Buffalo. Your gifts are a reminder of who we are doing this for and why this event is so important for the Indigenous community.

We are almost there! Please help us reach our goal by spreading the word using our link https://crowdfunding.cornell.edu/amb/supportivynativeconference
