Snow to Sustainability: Engineering a Better Tomorrow

December 02, 2025

We are thrilled to announce that we’re so close to reaching our crowdfunding goal! This milestone is only possible thanks to the dedication of our team and the incredible support of our partners and donors.

Your generosity fuels our mission: engineering in service to communities who need it most. Together, we’re helping bring access to critical infrastructure and building a future rooted in dignity, resilience, and collaboration.

As we enter this final stretch, every gift makes a difference. Thank you for standing with us, for believing in the power of humanitarian engineering, and for making this #GivingTuesday one to remember.

Building Community through Purpose-Driven Design

November 22, 2025

Our domestic projects remind us that engineering is more than technical solutions — it’s about people. By listening first, designing with care, and working side by side with grassroots partners, we build spaces that reflect community values and strengthen local resilience. This Thanksgiving, we celebrate not only the progress of our projects, but the shared purpose that drives them forward.

Research at Risk

November 14, 2025

At Engineers Without Borders—Cornell, our mission is to design sustainable, community-driven solutions that empower and uplift. But today, our research is at risk.

Since 2019, our student researchers have been pioneering machine learning in digital agriculture—developing tools that help farmers and scientists strengthen food systems, improve yields, and adapt to climate challenges. This work is now in its final stages, poised to deliver real-world impact.

Yet, as we gain momentum, we face the looming threat of funding cuts. Without support, the progress we’ve made—and the communities depending on these innovations—could be left vulnerable.

We’re committed to mitigating this risk, ensuring that our projects continue to deliver resilient, equitable solutions. Every donation helps safeguard this research. Every share expands our reach.

Breaking Borders, Building Bridges

November 06, 2025

This month marks the beginning of something extraordinary. Engineers Without Borders—Cornell is launching a crowdfunding campaign to bring sustainable solutions to communities that need them most. Whether it's clean water, renewable energy, or resilient infrastructure, every dollar you give fuels real change.

We believe engineering is more than equations and blueprints—it’s about compassion, creativity, and commitment. It’s about using our skills to uplift others and build a future where opportunity flows freely.

Join us. Share our vision. Be the spark.  Your support empowers us to turn ideas into impact. Let’s engineer hope, one project at a time.

October 26, 2025

At Engineers Without BordersCornell, our mission continues to be designing sustainable, community-driven solutions that empower and uplift. This week, our team is preparing to visit the University of Delaware to present and collaborate on impactful projectsfrom Ithaca to Bolivia. These initiatives reflect our core values: engineering with empathy, working hand-in-hand with communities, and fostering long-term partnerships rooted in respect and shared purpose.

We’re proud to keep pushing forward—building not just infrastructure, but trust, resilience, and opportunity.
