Providing Safe Water On Tap to Communities in Honduras and Beyond
AguaClara Cornell is a student-led engineering team at Cornell University dedicated to designing sustainable water treatment technologies that bring safe drinking water to communities in need around the world. Working in partnership with AguaClara Reach and local NGOs, we develop open-source, locally sourced systems that are gravity-powered and can be built and maintained by the communities they serve. Our designs have already provided clean water to over a hundred thousand people across Honduras and beyond. Through hands-on research, international collaboration, and community engagement, AguaClara Cornell empowers the next generation of engineers to create lasting solutions to the global water crisis. Your support directly enables our students to continue innovating, traveling to partner communities, and advancing technologies that make clean water accessible for all.
As a registered student organization, we are committed to equal access to all of our programs and do not discriminate based on any protected identity status.
