A new era

Cornell Football is excited to begin a new era with our program as we prepare for the first season of the tenure of The Roger J. Weiss ’61 Head Coach of Football, Dan Swanstrom.

Our program’s primary focus is on a commitment to excellence, which can be defined by incremental growth. Our coaching staff and our players are hard at work laying the building blocks for the 2024 season and beyond!

Our program also embraces Cornell's founding commitment to "... any person ... any study" and we are proud of our inclusive community. We recruit people who want to be great at football as well as great in the classroom. We help our players realize that the investment in a Cornell education will pay dividends in their careers for years to come.
