Executive MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership Program

At the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management, we believe a great business education stems from a diverse student body—in their backgrounds, and in the experiences and perspectives they bring with them. It’s why creating access to a Johnson education is so important, so that we can continue to foster an inclusive environment that inspires and challenges today’s aspiring business leaders. The class gift campaign committee for the Executive MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership Program has decided to target 2022 class gift impact to these three important fund areas:

Executive MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership Fund
The Executive MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership program, based in New York City, offered in partnership with the Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences, prepares healthcare professionals to facilitate change and drive innovation—from inside organizations and throughout the industry at large. It’s the only industry-immersive, dual-degree program of its kind in the Ivy League. Students graduate with two degrees from Cornell University: an MBA and an MS in healthcare leadership. Focused on building general management skills and developing a deeper understanding of the healthcare industry, this 22-month executive program advances careers and strengthens student’s ability to drive meaningful change in healthcare. Support for this fund directly provides resources for programmatic initiatives and innovation for the Executive MBA/MS in Healthcare Leadership Fund.

Dr. Lorna Breen Healthcare Legacy Fund
The Dr. Lorna Breen Healthcare Legacy Fund will allow the EMBA/MS program to present a monetary award to one student who has taken meaningful steps in their career expanding mental health services within their community for both patients and healthcare workers.  The awardee will be granted an opportunity to collaborate with the administration and staff to design initiatives within the EMBA/MS program to expand mental health support for healthcare workers, students and the community.

Johnson Annual Fund
The Johnson Annual Fund supports every aspect of our students’ experience—from the scholarships and financial aid that fuel their future, to the unlimited opportunities to explore new ideas and discover new approaches to business that have the potential to change the world.
